- This tiramisu recipe, which happens to be vegan looks delicious – it uses spent coffee grinds, so great usage of something we usually bin or compost..
- If you a looking for a tasting supper or lunch you can’t go wrong with this suggestion from Giorgio Locatelli broad bean salad and nettle risotto. My only slight hesitation is whether one can find young nettle leaves at this time of year.
If you grow your own broad beans and are looking for another salad recipe, this one is fab, you may even have the herbs in your garden too.
