Cornucopia Cooks this week

- Next year, Cornucopia will be available to host lunches and dinners in the private dining room, run cooking classes and continue with the “almost” weekly supply of fresh ready meals.
The “pop up” restaurant will definitley be continuing- whether it’s a “pop in” or “pop out”. - Yotam O has spiced up some Christmas veg. Delicious looking recipes (providing you have a bit of time). I particularly like the look 0f the brussels recipe.
- If you are thinking of an alternative to turkey, how about slow roasted belly pork with fennel, star anise and Szechuan pepper rub.
