- I have just read this lovely article by Alex Renton in the Guardian about sea side foraging, family holidays and cooking. the recipe for pasta with chorizo and mussels looks v temptng.
As a sort of follow up to the article, this weeks food programme on British mussel farming is really fascinating on many levels – environmental, health and Brexit for a start, worth a listen and worth eating too.
