- Restaurants and pubs have been turning to take away services for almost a year now and there are some interesting articles around exploring the economics of this, packaging issues, delivery options etc. By far the most inciteful is this one published in the Economist (only available if you subscribe to the publication) which exposes the real provenance of posh delivered meals and the impact this could have on the future of dining out. In this Guardian article chefs around the country explain how they have embraced facilitating dining at home experiences (just like Cornucopia 🙂 )
