Starters
All served with home-made bread
- Toad gin and juniper gravlax with lightly pickled beetroot
- Roasted fig and prosciutto salad served with a mixed leaf and herb salad
- A creamy wild mushroom and brandy ragout served with a mini potato rosti
Mains
- Baked hake steak with saffron cream sauce and crispy leeks, seasonal veg and parmentier potatoes (cubes of potato roasted in olive oil)
- Beef brisket bloody Mary, celeriac and potato mash, seasonal veg
- Chicken sofrito (chicken baked on the bone with lemon, tumeric, onions, lemon and garlic on a bed of melting potato chunks) served with seasonal veg
- Chickpea and okra confit served with pilau rice and autumn greens
Puddings
- Treacle tart served with clotted cream
- Berry and kombucho jelly with cucumber topped with cream and lime and herb sugar
- Pear poached in Marsala with a chocolate sauce
