Whether you choose 2 or 3 courses you will have an amuse bouche, something sweet to follow the meal.

Starters:
all served with home-made bread
- Mackerel ceviche served with fennel relish
- Gazpacho, zingy Spanish chilled tomato and red pepper soup with crunchy cucumber and red pepper garnish and croutons
- Ham hock terrine served with cauliflower pickle and red cabbage kimchi
Mains:
- Salmon tranche with a pesto crust served on a bed of courgette spaghetti with lemony pesto butter, new potatoes
- Vienna Schnitzel made with English Rose veal, Cornucopia style – veal escalope in a panko and thyme crumb with a red wine and mushroom creamy sauce, new potatoes and seasonal veg
- Duck leg slowly cooked with star anise, szechuan pepper, plum and ginger served with basmati rice and crunchy kale
- Kefalonian herb, spinach and feta filo pie served with dauphinoise potatoes, seasonal veg

Puddings:
- Dark chocolate mousse served with a ginger shortbread finger
- Plum torte served with creme fraiche
- French fruit tart (sweet pastry filled with creme patisserie and summer berries) served with a summer berry coulis
