  • THE STEAK or aduki bean burger and trimmings (the steak is charged for by the weight, the burger costs ? )
  • Choice of dauphinoise or saute potatoes
  • Green salad and seasonal slaw
  • Choice of green peppercorn sauce / mushroom sauce / Bearnaise sauce
  • Mustard

Pudding

  • Profiteroles served with warm chocolate sauce
  • Black forest gateau
  • Pear and ginger trifle
