The Slow Cooking class was really excellent. Sandy is an absolute mine of information and I came away with lots of notes – and much more confidence in using my slow cooker! We prepped beef bourguignon and slow cooked it home – and it was soooo good! The class was worth every minute and every penny. Thank you, Sandy!
