- This week sees May’s “pop in” for lunch and dinner, the menu is here, there will be a couple of other dishes available – to be decided on Wednesday once I see what’s available – I’m thinking asparagus and preserved lemon may be one of the additions 🙂
- A customer brought me one of these delicious looking Yotam O recipes – spatchcock chicken dish, great for using leftover bread. The recipe has baking powder in the marinade and we were discussing why this would be – it helps with crispyness – I’ll be trying this out later this week. (thanks Jill)
