Demonstration starts at 6.30pm and the evening will end at 8.30pm
The evening will start with a comprehensive demonstration of making risotto (including making your own stocks), and finish with supper and risotto chatter.
Included in the evening:
- Looking at different rice varieties suitable for risotto and ingredient combinations;
Discussion of wine vs stock vs water in risotto making;
Demonstration of two risottos (chicken liver and mushroom / beetroot and goats cheese)
- Supper of risotto, crusty bread and salad; followed by a slice of chocolate torte with coffee (or tea)
- Glass of wine or sparkling cucumber and mint drink.
This will cost £45.00 person.
