Cut and cook comments

September 30, 2018 By Sandy

First of the series, Thursday 13th September:

Thank you Martin and Sandy for a great evening. The meat was amazing and I learned a lot about pork. some great recipes and tips from Sandy too.
Margaret

A most enjoyable and satisfying evening on Thursday. Who knew cutting up a pig could be so interesting. Both you and Martin are natural communicators and we were able to share your enthusiasm for your subjects. Thank you. Bring on the goat!

I really enjoyed last evening both learning about the parts of a pig and the cooking demonstrations. The length of time and content was perfect.
My preference is for goat and mutton since I rarely buy or eat game.
I would like to attend on 18/10 but would prefer an earlier time such as 6 – 8 p.m.
I also learned more than I expected because of the extensive knowledge you and Martin hold on meat and related topics.
Thank you very much,
Gillian
The Cut and Cook evening was fascinating.  2 action packed hours about Pork!
Martin demonstrated all the main cuts of pork and explained everything so well, plus answering  a variety of questions, maybe a future career in education?
Sandy as always gave a clear, concise cooking demonstration with everyone involved and tasting as we went along. The evening concluded with everyone taking away the recipe, 2 pork chops plus all the ingredients chopped, packaged and ready to cook.
So delicious.
Thank you both so much.
