2017 is going to be a bit different ….
Cornucopia Cooks is going to be away for the months of July, August and September; undertaking essential research (as ever), in the French Alps. A slow amble, on foot, from Geneva to Nice (and perhaps beyond) is planned.
In the mean time, the kitchen will be busy with the usual ready meal production, cooking classes, private dining, dining club and catering and of course the infamous “pop up” wine bars (these kick off in March).
