September 24, 2016 By Sandy

organised as ever by Gerald…..

Fabulous meal last night , thank you . If there are any spare chicken rendang today
can you freeze a couple for us , same also with the best tart tatin we have ever tasted !
best regards , Lesley

Dear Sandy and Gerald,
Uncertain which of you to thank for laying on such a convivial supper last night, so I will thank you  both.
Relaxed, informal and unstuffy, good food, good company and an eclectic selection of wines, Altogether great fun. What more could we want? Words fail me( for a change), or perhaps they don’t
Thank you
Max & Joanna

And from us
Really fantastic evening
Thanks everyone – Gerald and Sandy in particular.
Best wishes
Richard and Lucy

Dear Gerald and Sandy,
Let me add to the chorus of praise for the ‘light touch’ event organisation and cuisine – there is such a consensus we could even risk another referendum! And it is good to see Eynsham in these Brexiteering days maintaining its open-door policy towards migrants from as far afield as Oxford and Stadhampton…. And, as at least Ita and I would say, the craic was good!
Thanks again,
Paddy & Angela

Dear Sandy and Gerald
I’m a bit slower off the mark than some of you but no less impressed and delighted.
We were in the Lakes last week and splashed out on a restaurant in the top 40 UK venues according to the new edition of the Good Food Guide. You know what I’m going to say – nowhere near as good as last night’s food and wine.
I know that Lesley has already placed another order with Sandy.
Best wishes to all
Graham & Lesley

Dear Sandy ,
Amazing evening as always . Why does every village not do this ? So lovely to have a properly simple perfect meal , a supper party better cooked ,less stressed all , time to chat no washing up . How lucky is Eynsham !
Thanks to all for company and wine , great end of summer hols as well . Maybe a winter feast sometime .
Bob and Frances .
