A morning of French baking:
We will make a croquembouche and tart tatin.
This is a fun, busy morning. (If you fancy an afternoon, this is possible too, just let me know).
We start at 9.30 and finish at 1.00pm.
Refreshments will be available throughout.
You will make making:
- tart tatin pastry
- choux pastry
- choux bun filling
- tart tatin
- assemble croquembouche and decorate with spun sugar.
The cost of this class is £65.00 which includes all ingredients, recipes and obviously your creations.
If you would like to spend a day doing French baking, this will include 2 other dishes (to be decided with those participating).
The cost will be £125.00 per person and include lunch (something we’ve baked).
