Apologies it has take so long to make contact with you after our pasta making course. Phil and I really enjoyed ourselves and yesterday very confidently and successfully made tagliatelle! Phil said he thought the mixture was too dry but kept needing and hey ho – all was fine! We’re thinking about making penne, do you know of any where we can get a machine to make this? We don’t have a food processor which allows for attachments.
We have also decided we would like to learn how to make a croque en bouche, and also a tart tain – the latter looks easy but suspect is isn’t and we’ve done very little with sugar. If you would put us on your waiting list for when others may like something similar then that would be great.
Thanks again for the course, it was a great day and we learnt loads, particularly that different tastes for dishes are not wrong!
