Something small to start (probably gamey!)

Beef hotpot with dumplings,
Mushroom and Jerusalem artichoke hot pot with dumplings (veggie option)
Both served with parsley mash and seasonal veg.

Poached pear, hot chocolate sauce served with a hazelnut shortcake
