This is a one day course
This years date is Saturday 23rd November 2013
The day before “stir up Sunday”, which always falls the Sunday before advent!
9.30 am – 1.00 pm
At the end if this day you will have :
- one or two puddings, depending on size;
- four jars of chutney;
- recipes.
What we will make:
- Christmas puddings;
- pear and fig chutney
- apple and date chutney.
Cost for session:
£60.00 (this includes refreshments and the items you take home with you )

If 4 people book as a group, you pay for 3.
How to prepare for the course:
Bring any questions you have on Christmas puddings and chutneys.
What you need to bring:
Questions,pudding basin/bowl(s) for your Christmas pudding(s), bags to take home your cooked items.
