Spanish cooking day

April 18, 2013 By Sandy

Family Spanish cooking day, Saturday 13 April 2013

5 adults made tortilla, paella, gazpacho, churros and chocolate sauce, crème brulee and Sangria. They then ate their creations over lunch and dinner.

This is what they said:

Just to thank you once again for the wonderful time we all had on Saturday at your cookery school. Your time taken with us, including all the preparation and sourcing of such fine ingredients was tremendous and greatly appreciated. Everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously and we also now have some very useful tips. We will be back!

What a wonderful time we had yesterday with our cooking day.  We all had a super time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their day – thank you so much for making it so interesting, entertaining and delicious!!  It was a great time and we have not stopped talking about it since we all got home!!  We shall certainly be booking up again at some stage in the near future.  We were delighted with the tips we learnt and also enjoyed our lunch and supper so many thanks again for all your help.  It was just a great day and thank you so much for all the time you spent with us.  It was really lovely Sandy and many thanks indeed.  We are all now tuned in to tasting things “through a new pair of spectacles”!!  It was all so interesting and just a very happy time.
Thank you and see you soon.
All the very best
Ian and Valerie Moar
