Christmas event, Thursday 7th December
This evening started with a demonstration of how to make choux pastry and then make swan profiteroles.
The team then all made their own choux pastry and swans, before sitting down to a Christmas meal, the pudding was…..
Swan Profiteroles of course.
We all had a great evening, thank you so much for accommodating all our requirements and for looking after us so well.
Craig loved the evening for the management team last week. He’s just been in raving about your turkey, so we need to know where you get it from and what you do to make it so wonderful – can you let us know your secrets please? It’s my target for the day apparently!
