Recently I was fortunate enough to attend Sandy’s Moroccan cookery class. The day was informal, friendly and very informative. I came away with a lot of knowledge about Moroccan food as well as how to make more use of spices and herbs. There was plenty of time to ask other questions about cooking as well.
Since attending this class I have made several of the recipes which have been very popular with my family.
I would recommend anyone wanting to further their cooking skills to give these courses a try.
