Festive menu suggestion one

Caramelised red onion and goats cheese tartlet
Ham hock terrine served with a soused beetroot salad 

Turkey breast  with a chestnut, mushroom and bacon stuffing served with Cumberland gravy
Wild mushroom, chestnut and cranberry bake served with Cumberland gravy
Roast potatoes, roast parsnips, savoy cabbage parcels and carrots

Individual rum baba’s served with fresh pineapple soaked in rum and Jersey cream
Christmas pudding ice cream with crystallised ginger shortbread 

Festive menu suggestion two

Prawn cocktail (classic!)
Sundried tomato and basil soup 

Salmon en croute
(salmon topped with a cucumber, dill and light mustard sauce, covered in rich puff pastry)
Butternut squash, cashew nut and feta strudel
Potatoes crushed with parsley and a hint of garlic
Selection of seasonal vegetables 

Baked “Christmas pudding” cheesecake
Cardamom and chocolate meringues served with ginger syllabub

Festive menu suggestion three

Salmon marinated in vodka and dill served with a horseradish sauce
Poached pear, walnut and goats cheese salad 

Beef Bourguignon
Puy lentil, caramelised  shallot and wild mushroom ragout
Crispy parmesan topped parsnip and potato mash 

Raspberry crème brulee
Rich chocolate tart served with Grand Marnier crème fraiche

The cost of the menu starts at £32.00 per person, this includes nibbles, table water and coffee/tea served with mince pies.
(the price assumes a minimum of 10 people dining)
Add other courses (fish course, sorbet palette cleanser, cheese course, etc). Click here for suggestions.
You bring your own soft and alcoholic drinks.
Corkage is not charged!
