Yes I enjoyed it very much – I just hope I manage to remember most of it! I thought the course was very good – just the right amount of material covered, and a good mix of tasting, watching, listening and doing (and eating!). As well as the Malaysian aspects, learning things like how to joint a chicken and chop properly were useful for a novice like me.
