Spring Menu Suggestions

Spring menu suggestion one

Cream of cauliflower soup with parmesan crisp garnish

Rack of lamb with a rosemary jus, glazed with mustard hollandaise
Seasonal Vegetables and roast potatoes

Rhubarb crème brulee served with extra poached rhubarb
Chocolate almond torte served with crème fraiche


*English cheese board

Spring menu suggestion two

Asparagus with a sage hollandaise

*Whole  turbot baked with roasted lemon and orange, served with lemon butter and parmentier potatoes, seasonal vegetables

Warm polenta, lemon and poppy seed cake served with lemon ice-cream
Profiteroles served with a warm chocolate sauce 

Spring menu suggestion three

Pan fried sea bas served with a saffron sauce and topped with crispy leeks

Seared duck breast with sweet soy, star anise, ginger and coriander
Pomegranate and preserved lemon couscous and seasonal  veg

Dark chocolate mousse served with ginger shortbread
Rosewater pavlova filled with stewed rhubarb and sprinkled with pistachios

*French cheese board

* items suggestion which can be added at an additional cost.
The cost of the menu starts at £45.00 per person, this includes nibbles, table water and coffee.
(the price assumes 12 people dining)
(Items like beef Wellington will cost more)
Feel free to add additional courses – some suggestions
You bring your own soft and alcoholic drinks.
Corkage is not charged!
