Winter Menu Suggestions

Winter menu suggestion one

French onion soup served with Welsh rarebit croutons

Beef en croute served with a rich red wine gravy
Seasonal Vegetables
Dauphinoise potatoes or roast potatoes

Pears baked in Marsala and served with a dark chocolate sauce
Treacle tart served with clotted cream

*English cheese board

Winter menu suggestion two

Fresh poppy seed pasta served with a wild mushroom and brandy sauce

Pheasant baked with chestnuts, juniper and red wine
Creamy parsley mash
Seasonal vegetables

Chocolate brioche bread and butter pudding served with custard
Vanilla ice-cream (on it’s own, before, after or with the pudding!)

Winter menu suggestion three

Squid stir fried with chilli and lime on a bed of Thai spiced crunchy vegetables

Pan fried cod steak  served with a saffron sauce and topped with crispy leeks
potato rosti and fresh seasonal vegetables

Cardamom meringues served with fruit compote and vanilla mascarpone
Chocolate and Cointreau mousse

*French cheese board

* items suggestion which can be added at an additional cost.
The cost of the menu starts at £40.00 per person, this includes nibbles, home-made bread, table water and coffee/tea and something chocolatey.
(the price assumes 12 people dining)
(Items like beef Wellington will cost more)
You bring your own soft and alcoholic drinks.
Corkage is not charged!
