There are many salts out there which can be used in cooking.
My preferred choices are:
- fine sea salt,
- fleur de sel de Guerande
- Malden sea salt.
These are all great for cooking or adding to your food. If you use a salt grinder, then course sea salt is great.
Fleur de sel de Guerande has other naturally occurring minerals in it, unlike the other salts, which I think give it a more subtle flavour which has greater depth.
