Summer menu suggestion one

Pea and lettuce soup finished with minty crème fraiche

*Carpaccio of beef served with a beetroot, rocket and horseradish salad

Slow cooked belly pork with fennel seeds and braised fennel
Crushed herby new potatoes with a hint of garlic
Summer greens

Rhubarb, ginger and juniper meringue pie
Colombian coffee panna cotta served with dark chocolate sauce

*English cheese board

Summer menu suggestion two

Chicken liver ravioli with sage butter

Mediterranean fish stew served with rouille, Gruyere croutons and French bread
(Muscles, clams, prawn, 3 types of fresh market fish, saffron etc)

Tart tatin served with crème fraiche

*French cheese board

* courses which can be added or omitted.
Menus start at £40.00 per person, for 3 courses, this includes nibbles and coffee.
(the price assumes 12 people dining)
You can create your own menu or I can help.
You bring your own soft and alcoholic drinks.
Corkage is not charged!
