Fresh market fish served on a puy lentil ragout, seasonal greens and dauphinoise potatoes
Pears poached in Masala served with warm chocolate sauce
Plum and almond torte served warm with Jersey double cream

The cost of the menu starts at £40.00 per person, this includes nibbles, home-made bread table water, coffee/tea and home-made chocolate or similar.
(the price assumes 12 people dining)
