Pudding Suggestions

Below are some pudding suggestions to inspire when creating a menu.
Dishes using seasonal ingredients aren’t available all year round.
If you have any dishes you would like to suggest, please do so.

Seville orange tart served with creme fraiche
Lemon tart served with Jersey cream
Treacle tart served with clotted cream
Tart tatin (apples, pears or apricots) served with crème fraiche
Honey cake with a thyme crème fraiche
Baked  pandan, coconut and lime cheesecake
Profiteroles served with jersey double cream or crème patisserie served with hot chocolate sauce
Chocolate torte served with a vanilla mascarpone cream
*Chocolate mousse served with almond and orange florentines
Vanilla panna cotta served with a raspberry sauce
White chocolate and cardamom pot served with pistachio shortbread
Rosewater meringue Eton Mess
Persian rice pudding (served cold, flavoured with a hint of cardamon and rosewater)
Cornucopia bread and butter pudding with caramelised apples
Sticky pear and ginger pudding served with custard
Rhubarb and elderflower jelly served with stewed rhubarb and gin ice-cream
Rhubarb, ginger and orange meringue pie
Crème caramel
