Making your own Store Cupboard Items.

This session lasts for 4 hours, timing to suit.

All ingredients for foods you make, tasters and refreshments included in cost.

Items covered:

  • Preserved lemons (you make, and take home);
  • Marinated olives (you marinate and take home);
  • Flavoured oils and vinegars (demonstrated, samples taken home);
  • Spice mixtures, dry and pastes(demonstrated, samples taken home);
  • Vanilla and other flavoured sugars (demonstrated and you take home);

Cost for session:
£75.00 (this includes the items you take home )

How to prepare for the course:
if there are specific items you want to know how to make, send Sandy details at least 1 week prior to the course.

What you need to bring:
questions, bags / containers to take home your cooked items.

All prices quoted are subject to change due to fluctuating costs of ingredients. Notice will always be given.
