Delicious dishes from left overs

This is a one day course

10.00 am – 4.00pm

All ingredients for foods you make,  lunch, tasters and refreshments included in cost.

The idea of this course is to instill confidence into the participants to use leftover ingredients and dishes.

  • Start by discussing how to safely store leftovers (what you need to use straight away, what can be left for a few days in the fridge and what you can freeze);
  • Discuss how to improvise with ingredients to create dishes similar to your favourite dishes;
  • Demonstration of 4 dishes using your most common leftovers, making stocks and soups out of leftovers;
  • You select from a collection of leftovers and create 4 dishes, cooking two of them.

Cost for day:
£110.00 (this includes the items you take home )

How to prepare for the course:
make a list of your favourite recipes / dishes and a  list of the most common leftovers your household has. Send these to Sandy at least one week before the course.

What you need to bring:
questions, bags / containers to take home your cooked items.

All prices quoted are subject to change due to fluctuating costs of ingredients. Notice will always be given.
