Pheasant baked with chestnuts, juniper and red wine
Creamy parsley mash
Chocolate brioche bread and butter pudding served with custard
Vanilla ice-cream (on it’s own, before, after or with the pudding!)

Squid stir fried with chilli and lime on a bed of Thai spiced crunchy vegetables
Pan fried cod steak served with a saffron sauce and topped with crispy leeks
potato rosti and fresh seasonal vegetables
Cardamom meringues served with fruit compote and vanilla mascarpone
Chocolate and Cointreau mousse

The cost of the menu starts at £35.00 per person, this includes nibbles, home-made bread, table water and coffee/tea and something chocolatey.
(the price assumes a minimum of 10 people dining)
